Subject	Whats the best aftermarket alarm with proximity sensor??

Message	I cant afford it right now but I will need to upgrade my alarm system eventually. As some of you may know a few days ago someone deflated all my tires and took my center caps and filled the holes with sand. I was pretty darn twerked and may have cursed too much hehe. Anyways it happend again but just my rear tires this time. I called the police but I have yet to see them come by. I told my apartment manager and he suggested that I park inside the lot now rather than on the side of the street. They just set up a new camera system so until I can afford a decent alarm I guess Ill have to park in the lot. So what do you guys suggest for an aftermarket alarm with a say a 1-2 ft. proximity alert? It woiuld also be great if it had a paging system, remote start, remote locks, remote windows, basically the works.
